Please open and check your prints immediately upon receiving them. I accept print returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. If you do not reach out within 14 days, I will be unable to make a return, so please be prompt!

Original artworks are final sale, with no returns. I am happy to arrange for a viewing of an original work (in Wellington) prior to your purchase if you would like. I will also discuss packaging and handling with you, so that you are clear on, and agree to, the steps that have been taken at my end to ensure your work arrives in good condition.
